Stable, solid color while reducing inventory by adding colorant to a clear base vs. having a separate factory tinted component for each color which leads to excess remnant left over particle product for contractors to store or waste.  Smith’s WSC contain high quality pigments which are U.V Light Stable and fade resistant for concrete.
